“Heal to Organize, Organize to Heal”: in this workshop, we will connect the dots between the emotional and deeply personal experiences of being in the world to systemic, societal, historical, and political structures. The sequence of parsing out “rainbow rays” of any given situation allow us to shape the different parts of ourselves in relation to each other, re-conceptualize and dialogue with them, ultimately transforming their presence in our psychic and actual lives, including how we show up in our families, communities, protest communities, and beyond.
